FinTech and disruption are almost synonymous. FinTech has been making our financial lives better for 20 years now. Yet, the disruption in FinTech is not yet being extended to diversity in teams. This has to change! For true disruption to take place and  for a holistic perspective of all of the aspects of our financial lives that can be made better, it is important to have diversity in teams. 

The power of diversity has been proven again and again. Research shows diverse management teams have 19% higher revenues due to innovation, companies in the top quartile for gender diversity on their executive teams were 21% more likely to experience above-average profitability and teams diverse in gender, age and geographical location make better decisions 87% of the time

WIFTN is a non-profit membership organisation on a mission to do just that; improve diversity in FinTech. WIFTN provides a platform for women to share experiences and knowledge to promote equality of opportunity, reward, and professional mobility.

WIFTN currently relies on collaboration and partnerships to fund reports, events and the podcast.
